7.31.06 - Well, I finished all the descriptions for this website today. A bit relieved...I don't particularily like doing all the descriptions for the boards. -sigh- Anyways, I also added the Cbox and this news header. And I made a mini-banner for SD. Awesome, no? I hope you all enjoy this website.

If you have a question, come here to get it answered. I would be surprised if the answer wasn't in one of the posts here. If that's the case, PM an Admin, and they will add it if it fits this category! If you don't know much about the wolven creatures you love, do come here to learn more about them.
Bios Come here to post your wolf's bio and have it accepted so you can start your journey through Starlit Dusk! There is a form provided, please use it and wait for an Admin to accept it and give you your member group. Please try to keep your wolves realistic and not mary-sue/ish/. Do not post with your character ANYWHERE until accepted.
Walnut Fields got it's name from a very obvious reason; it's a walnut orchard. This place probably belonged to a human in the past, who planted all the fruit trees then later abandoned the farm for some reason or another. Most wolves hate the taste of these nuts, so they avoid eating them unless prey is extremely scarce and it's the last resort for food. However, prey animals such as deer and rabbits come here to eat the walnuts, making Walnut Fields a fine place to hunt. The trees do not bear walnuts year long though, so Spring and Summer are when the prey animals are most plentiful.

Torrid Cove Torrid Cove is a pretty beach, with miles and miles of red sand lining the seashore beautifully. The ocean is a gorgeous thing, but it can be quite harsh when you step into it's waters. The water grabs at your legs, pulling them until you can no longer stand your ground, and are swept away into the never-ending sea and have the life sucked away from you very slowly. Yes, the ocean is an unforgiving thing, but if you are not dumb and don't tread too far into it's grip, your life will be spared. Just be careful, because beauty doesn't always mean something is gentle.

Emerald Springs A masterpiece of Nature, indeed. Emerald Springs is a small area where many underground springs bubble up, connected by a small stream that winds it's way through the land. The water is cool and refreshing, lined by beautiful blades of jade green grass, perfect for a nice afternoon nap in the sun. The grass is soft and tall, hiding many little creatures that are perfect for snacking on. Yes, Emerald Springs is a nice place to hang out and relax.

Onyx Woods This forest got it's name from the many trees that reach to the sky, casting dark shadows upon the moist turf. Though there IS light that filters through the trees' mighty branches, Onyx Woods is basically just a very dark place to wander through. It can be a good place to hunt, due to the deer that travel in herds, winding their way through the foliage in the darkness. The shadows make it harder for them to see the enemy, hence they are fairly easy to catch here.
Paradise Valley What and where exactly IS paradise? Nobody really knows...but one thing's for sure; Paradise Valley must be close! It is a paradise for most...yet for others it could be a living Hell. Large leafy trees sprout up everywhere, and crystal-clear streams bubble in every direction. The grass here is healthy and long, and herds of deer and elk graze upon the fresh blades happily. The sun always seems to be shining here in Paradise Valley, raining only when the clouds build up enough courage to venture onto this lands borders. It's a beautiful place, and teeming with prey, too.

Packlands
Cryptic Caves Cryptic Caves got it's name simply for the large cliffside full of caves on one side of this territorry. The sheer rock wall stretches up high above every creatures head, the top only accesible through the tunnels that were carved from the rock inside the cliff. It was most likely ancient humans who dug the tunnels and caves in this cliff wall, but none can be sure of it. Besides the caves, this terrain is located in a large grassy field, prey such as deer always grazing on the emerald blades of grass. Alpha Dog: Alpha Bitch:

Twilight Springs Twilight Springs is a beautiful terrain, set completely in a forest of large leafy trees. There is a chain of Hot Springs on this territorry, the only Hot Springs in the entire region of Starlit Dusk! The water is warm and relaxing, just the right temperature to swim in without the heat being too much to bear. The waters are dyed a deep blue, tropical flowers sprouting up all around them, their purple petals reflecting into the Springs to give a twilight look. It is a gorgeous place, indeed. Waxen Forest This place can be creepy or gorgeous, depending on the way you look at it. It is completely spread over a forest, the trees that grow here all stretching up to the skies, their green leaves standing out against their bark. The bark is painted a most odd color; ivory. This is where the forest got it's name from, the waxen trees all looking a bit dead. Of course, there are plenty of normal colored trees as well, but many have that white bark. There are plenty of rivers running through this land too, providing good water to drink. Alpha Dog: Alpha Bitch:

Chimera Ridge Why is this land called 'Chimera Ridge'? Simply because it is located on a narrow chain of mountains, which seem to never end. Of course, the never-ending part is just an illusion, that is known because lupines have traveled to the end of the mountains before, seen the end of the territorry. Still, Chimera Ridge DOES seem to never end, when you are standing somewhere in the middle of the hills. That is why it got it's fine name. It's a beautiful land indeed, and one of the few territorrys where you can hunt mountain goats. They are a bit hard to catch...always bounding from rock to rock, but if you can catch one.. boy are they tasty! Alpha Dog: Alpha Bitch:
